What's an all-mountain skier?
This is the skier who really likes to ski the whole mountain and its varied terrain. From the hardpack to the slush or crud at the sides. Perhaps trying the moguls or bouncing an occasional jump. The piste skier with an adventurous spirit.
3 Piece Cabrio design
Cabrio Design is a ski boot design architecture that incorporates 3 structural elements - (1) Lower shell, (2) upper cuff and, (3) external shell tongue - into its structure.
Cabrio Design permits the use of stiffer and more rigid materials in the lower shell. This strengthens the support around the foot and lower leg providing quick response and precise transfer of power to the ski edges.This design also prevents the lower shell from distorting and bulging as the boot flexes, making the boot smoother and more stable at high speeds and on irregular terrain.
Flex characteristics come from cuff / shell dynamic synergy plus tongue. Lateral support and flex are independently optimized and the flex can be modified without effecting lateral support and vice versa.
So the result is a smoother and more progressive power transmission. A long range of flex and dynamic rebound plus excellent shock absorption for all terrain & snow conditions. A boot that is quicker from edge to edge and suits varied terrain.
Other features
The new Panterra features Power Cage construction to improve energy transfer, a walk mode with a 50-degree range of motion, adjustable ramp angle, and Dalbello’s proven 3D Grip texture. Instant Fit Performer liners feature EVA foam that is heat-moldable for instant break-in before you leave the shop. All that, and the Panterra is the first complete series from Dalbello to be delivered with GripWalk soles pre-installed (with standard soles also included as spares), giving you the ultimate comfort by making it easier to walk around in your boots.

Womens Kyra range
Specifically for women, the Kyra range has the same 3 Piece Cabrio design as the Panterra allowing a smoother flex and better edge to edge energy transmission. The same thermo-moldable foam liners and walk mode.
Contour 4 Fit Technology gives a close anatomic fit. All Kyra models incorporate Dalbello’s popular women’s specific expandable cuff which provides up to 5cm of adjustability to accommodate any calf. Center Balanced “Rocker” Stance allows skiers to take full advantage of their equipment by centering their body mass over the sweet spot of their skis for more power and control with less effort, plus Ski/Hike cuff lock for supreme versatility.
